Soak boiled rice for 6 hours, drain,dry and pound it coarsely .<br />2. Splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies, urud dal, chana dal, curry leaves in oil in a vessel big enough to meet your need.<br />3. Add water with salt and grated coconut to the above and boil<br />4 Add rice flour and stir it into a thick paste. Remove the vessel from stove<br />5. Make balls with the above mixture when it is semi hot<br />6 Steam the rice balls in a pressure cooker or steamer<br />7.
