Kerala Breakfast-Kuzhakatti(Steamed Rice Ball)

1. Soak boiled rice for 6 hours, drain,dry and pound it coarsely .
2. Splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies, urud dal, chana dal, curry leaves in oil in a vessel big enough to meet your need.
3. Add water with salt and grated coconut to the above and boil
4 Add rice flour and stir it into a thick paste. Remove the vessel from stove
5. Make balls with the above mixture when it is semi hot
6 Steam the rice balls in a pressure cooker or steamer
7. Best served with chutney powder, chammandi, kadla curry etc
